The world has changed and we need to stay connected.  There is an urgent need to strengthen the use of technologies for the common good, in a free and collaborative way, strengthening democracy and human rights.

Rede Livre has been in operation for over 15 years, bringing technology in an accessible way to everyone.  The platform offers services and products for organizations, social movements, collectives and enterprises that seek digital solutions.

There are already more than 1300 websites distributed throughout the Brazilian territory and in other 10 Latin American countries. Rede Livre is a social technology development environment for a network society.  From indigenous peoples to media activists, from agroecology to digital culture, the network is free, plural and diverse!

Here you can create websites, mobilize digital communities, open your on-line store, start a crowdfunding campaign, in addition to many other services and solutions that facilitate the digital transformation of your organization.

We know now is a moment of human and digital transformation and we will never again experience the world as it was before. The urgency for collaborative actions connected to digital inclusion is essential.

2020 brought us new challenges and so we carried out strategic planning to improve our services and products. Therefore, we had to invest in infrastructure, development and support staff to improve the functioning of the network, so that we could scale our operations even further, strengthening the movements and organizations that work within our network.

We want to expand the reach of technology and free knowledge, the fight for human rights and democracy!

Our goals:

GOAL 1    R$ 20.000,00 It will allow a financial respite and it is the equivalent of the cost of a month of our basic operation.

GOAL 2    R$ 50.000,00 The reinforcement is now more consistent as well as guaranteeing almost 3 months of our basic operation.  It will also enable us to put on the agenda several new developments already planned.

GOAL 3    R$ 100.00,00 This goal will enable us to implement a set of artificial intelligence technologies to make life easier for both the user and our team. 😉

GOAL 4  R$156.000,000 The sky’s the limit and by achieving this goal, besides all the other deliverables, we will implement new accessibility features, launch new themes and plugins as well as expanding our capacity to serve social organizations.
